Don't let the name confuse you! Cafe Hibiscus is a Swiss restaurant located just south of NE Alberta St on NE 14th AVE.  Owner/Chef Jennie Wyss and manager Tammy Hay welcome you to experience the wonderful flavors of Switzerland cooked in the style of Chef Martin Wyss (Jennie's father).  Dishes such as Roesti (Swiss hashbrowns with bacon and onions) and Spaetzli (or Spaetzel) are the usual starch that is offered with entrees such as Szegedin Goulash, Jaegerschnitzel, Wienerschnitzel, Paprika Schnitzel, or Swiss Bratwurst.
